For Harry, something... massive. Pizza day is a feast and gets celebrated accordingly. Religiously, even. Gorgonzola, sausage and potatoes, stuff like that. If a pizza place has something in the menu called "heavyweight" or something to that effect, that's his order. He doesn't even read the specific ingredients.

Kim just wants his anchovies... thankfully that's on the menu almost everywhere. He is a little suspicious of deep crust pizza and tries to quietly avoid it. He is not very good at not letting it show but the reasons for his distaste remain unclear so far.

The Hardies order like that Bruno Bozzetto short of Italians ordering coffee. At least Titus has everyone's order memorized (plus his own which is just. pepperoni) and it's just one person talking slowly to the waiter and confusing the hell out of them.

Trant orders pizza like an AI trained by aliens. Focaccia base with steak tartare, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, burrata cheese and black truffle slices, please. Yes sir that'll be 23 reàl. Joyce stares from the other end of the restaurant, blinks slowly and deliberately and orders a bufala (basic margherita with fancier mozzarella).

Soona chooses by rolling her pizza die, a treasured present. She only rerolls once if it lands on something with champignons.

Idiot Doom Spiral used to bake a mean pizza, actually, in that "well-off dude takes to baking as a hobby and gets pretty good at it" way. Had his own sourdough starter and all.

As per your ask, I absolutely think Kagrenac is a toxic gamer girl. Not in the way of ‘calls you slurs if you’re bad at the game’ but more aligned with the healer with a god complex.

I know literally nothing about Overwatch lore apart from the gorilla, but Kagrenac would certainly main the hot butch lesbian with the healing+damage things. Kagrenac is the sort of healer who is petty. You jump onto the boss area too soon? Sorry, I only heal players who are actually trying to play the game.

Tbh i don't get the appeal, other their two boys in the main cast of similar age. In canon, they have a fun dynamic but they're not especially close so, meh.

It doesn't help that most zukka fics/ headcanons tend to portray zuko as much more soft and shy than he is, like he's never hotheaded or even grumpy or moody in zukka fics which is a shame to me, like zukka has potential for a lot of stupid hijinks and just lot of funny interactions between this moody, emo grumpy dude and a sarcastic, funny guy who would enjoy pushing his buttons.

Also, people tend to have them be instantly attracted to each other at first sight in their AUs and its just...OOC to me like that trope seems to fit jetko way more. Imo, sokka and zuko would have to spend way more time together to be interested in each other.

The only zukka fic i've enjoyed is the firebender's guide to living life after destiny which i haven't caught up with but is really good so far

Just my favorite out of the canon couples, loved them since my first watch in middle school! I love how mai brings zuko's smoother side. I love how the few times zuko seemed  genuinely happy on the show was when he was with mai and I love that mai was willing to risk her life for zuko and his beliefs even if she didn't understand them.

But despite that I can see why some people don't like them together, they have communication issues. Mai doesn't know what zuko needs when he's troubled and zuko would probably be unaware if mai was going through something (a mix of mai not letting on that anything's wrong and zuko cluelessness and self-absorption).

It be interesting to see them work through these issues tho. For instance, i can see them having disagrements about politics, what to do about landback, reperations etc.

I imagine that when zuko starts out as firelord he attempts to enact a lot change, real fast without much regard for wether there is enough money for it, the opinion of the court etc. Like idk zuko got banished for speaking out in the war room and when he did keep quiet in the war room (like he was supposed to), he was miserable. Coming back from travelling with the avatar and seeing the effects of war his impulsive ass is def fighting his council on the regular.

And of course, at the end of the day he'll vent to mai about these arguments ( he wants to donate half the fire nation's coffers to the earth kingdom cities and villages most hurt by the war and depose local fire nation leadership from ek colonies) and mai in turn would suggest a compromise (maybe 10% of the coffers and FN leadership can stay but they pay higher taxes or something), zuko would dismiss this and would probably be offended at the suggestions (that's not enough to ammend the dammages caused by the war) but mai is worried about zuko, he's been losing weight, and losing sleep and she's been hearing rumors about the new ozai society. There have been attempts against zuko's life and mai is afraid that these all these problems will be exasperated if zuko's keeps up with these radical changes. Not to mention that mai hasn't seen the human cost of the war/imperialism the way zuko has so while she's on board with ending the conquest she isn't as invested in reparations or active decolonization. 

As time goes on they're nighttime disagreements will turn into arguments. At some point, mai feels like she's back to being the noble woman, her parents wanted her to be and zuko dismissing and getting mad at what she has to say isn't helping. Ideally, this will lead to them going on a break until they need to work together on a mission and without the stifling pressures of the palace, they rekindle their love and talk about what went wrong in their relationship. Mai will have a more active role, in the palace and politics.

Oh and instead of kei-lo, mai will have a brief fling with ty lee

hi there. not a mutual or a follower (we have mutuals in common tho), but in your most recent art of sokka for the zukka big bang, you've drawn him with (what appears to be) full "donut" lips that resemble racist anti-black caricatures (search golliwog dolls if you want a concrete example). obvs sokka isn't black and I don't know your background, and would hope this wasn't intentional on your part, but I just wanted to point out this out & suggest that you might want to change this piece of art?

I will admit that I personally don’t see the resemblance to golliwog dolls, at all. I am a beginner artist and I was attempting to draw a full lip in the style I’ve been trying recently. I could justify my process and inspirations longer, but I don’t want to write a defensive essay, so just to be clear: no, I did not take inspiration from or reference racist anti-black caricatures to draw my Sokka fanart for the Zukka 2021 Big Bang. Like. Fucking obviously.

I have edited the art + replaced it in the post to make his lips appear thinner, and contacted my author to make sure when they post it in the fic they use the updated version. Under the cut are both pieces of art, for transparency.

Please do not reblog this, the original art got 10 notes total and I’m only posting this publicly for transparency. I would prefer it not spread overly much.

What’s the best writing advice you’ve ever come across?

i think ive posted abt this before but once i was fretting  about how i was going to put together this chapter that i was struggling with and talking out loud how i didnt know where to begin and my girl was like “babe just try writing it” and i was like oh..... ok. and she was right! better to get something on a page and fix it up later than to write nothing in the pursuit of perfection. the other best advice i read was lower your expectations of how much you are going to achieve. i used to try write 800+ words in a session and it was stressful when i didnt achieve that. so now im like.. if i can just write 100 words (even on a bad day when i wanna write but am not super focused) that’s great

If you could write the sequel (or prequel) to any fic out there not written by yourself, which would you choose?

one of my fav atla fics of all time by henrymercury called the arsonist’s lullaby is this awesome crack shot abt toph as this jaded pi sitting in a bar talking shit with june and i wont give more away but.. i would looovveee to read a sequel where toph and june team up to play cat and mouse with azula. like.. the tone of this fic is so delightful and im usually horrified at the idea of toph as a cop but as a pi in this fic? im sold! its so good. anyway... im not sure i could write like the original author so it will remain in my dreams
