Post series hinata is getting more attention now that team 7 has Disbanded but also look at all the naruto/sasuke merch. The SJ 50th anniversary tshirts had only naruto and sasuke featured for naruto's section. the paired samurai figures, and also have 3 chibi type ones. Sakura definitly gets excluded a lot for her fans claiming "team 7" was so important when the selling point was actually just naruto and sasuke being rivals
Sasuke is the emo boy every teen girl wants to get with so of course his merch is selling. Same with Todoroki in the BNHA franchise.
And its honestly so embarrassing for Sakura because like you said, she’s supposed to be a part of the MAIN “team” yet she’s literally never featured with them. Remember the advertising for the nendoroids?

Now……Sasuke is paired with Naruto and Hinata is paired with Naruto…
Sakura isn’t paired with either of them.
Her own fucking team mates and she has nothing to do with them!!!!! Mind you, her nendoroid came AFTER both Naruto and Sasuke’s so there is no reason for GSC to not at least have a Team 7 group shot much like in the manga.

and Gaara is paired with BOTH. Let me repeat this: Sakura ISN’T advertised with her team mates but Gaara, someone from another village is even though he’s spent like 5 fucking minutes with Sasuke.
And last one:
Tsunade is also paired with Naruto!!!!!!!!
Again, not Sakura who is supposedly someone that’s had such a huge impact on Naruto’s life ISN’T paired with him but her MASTER IS.
Its almost as if Sakura having so much screen time with her team mates meant nothing in the grand scheme of things.
