Seeing a chiropractor can help and would be my first port of call, but more importantly, doing daily exercises to STRENGTHEN your back and make it more FLEXIBLE, is going to have long-term benefits that really reduce your back pain.
Your chiropractor or a physiotherapist will usually be able to give you some exercises to get you started on the right track.
A fitness professional may also be able to guide you, but ensure you go to one who really KNOWS about backs and how to improve back pain.
Weight can also have a BIG influence on back pain. If you are over-weight, it will be putting more of a strain on your whole body, which, in turn, could well lead to back pain... especially if there is a previous injury, or such-like. Therefore, reducing your weight can also really help reduce your pain! . . . . .
