There comes a time every week were one looks through the labyrinth of there refrigerator and ponder why to do with these leftovers? Well, tonight was that task and I got two words: Sauce it! I took some leftover stuffed meatloaf, grind that up with some meatballs, get some tomato sauce AND...SAUCE IT! we didn't have spaghetti noodles so penne would suffice. We did have Angel hair, but that's reserved for my brother's night to cook. Plus, I don't think it wouldn't go good with the dish.
