If I'm ever again in a relationship/friendship where I have to put in more than my share of effort, I'm leaving. I'm done trying to keep people from leaving by putting in all the effort only for them to leave still. It's exhausting, it's self destructive and it ruined me multiple times. I can't do that again. It's either equal efforts from you as well or end of the relationship/friendship from my side.
