Very quick mini comic about Jerome ruining Bruce's event with some fake blood...*paint!*
Jonathan comes in just to let Bruce know it's a shetty prank but Bruce shouldn't be use to it :/ ...idk kinda angsty.

Scarecrow about Batman
Wait what is this about bruce - jonathan uni classmates??? :0 sounds fire
I see a headcanon very often that Bruce, Jonathan, and Harley all went to med school together. I prefer the ones where they were like a study group, but if Scarebat uses that headcanon (I haven't seen ANY fics use that) past or present than I'd ship it so hard.
I love imagining that Jon's single regret of stepping into villainy is that he tarnished ANY chance he had with Bruce. He goes out of his way not to include Bruce in his plans. The few times he runs into Bruce he dusts off the flirting he hasn't used since ever and then humiliates himself. Other rogues have suggested he tries to sway Bruce into villainly and without fail Jonathan always goes "no, hes too good a guy for that."
He wants what Harley and Ivy manage (aka supervillain and hero romantic relationship), but he doesn't know how and he steps WAY past Bruce's moral limits.
bonus points if he fucking hates batman because he makes him think of bruce and he doesnt want batman sullying his mental image of bruce
My thoughts after watching all Scarecrow and Batman together scenes in Batman Begins
Selina: Honestly can't see what all those people see in Bruce, he's a stick in the mud.
Jonathan, mumbling: Pretty damn handsome stick though.
Not thrilled with this sketch but uhhhh have some more Jon and Bruce 👌

"Bruce, baby… You don't even have to do anything. I'll do all the work. I just get bored of my options here. Most are too intimidated to fuck me, the rest have become boring." Crane reached down and loosened the noose-like tie around his neck and pulled his mask off, revealing a mess of long brunette hair. And a cute, young face.
"I don't beg the first time, baby." Crane's voice was softer without his mask, still deep, but not to such a distorted quality. It was actually nice.
Hang on. That fan comic you posted a minute ago raises so many questions for me. Was there an instance somewhere in which Bruce Wayne got Carrie'd? Because I have pictured that before and would like to know if it canonically happened somewhere. Although in my head, I thought he'd probably continue on with little more than an irritated grumble at worst, and at best he'd baffle whoever is trying to upset him by just thinking to himself, "This looks cooler anyways," (since we all know Batman, the guy who dresses as a scary bat and throws bat shaped weapons and takes his leave in the shadows and wind before conversations are over and is 100% not being ironic about any of it, Values Aesthetic) and finishing whatever he's saying with even more confidence.
Second and far more important: you have opinions about scarebat? It is rare* to hear anyone have thoughts about scarebat. Please share any of them. Personally, I don't think they'd ever be into each other even from a one-sided thing, even in the canonless space of my own headcanons I can't buy it, but I find the story potential compelling. Their similarities wouldn't be the reason they could bond but rather the things that keep them in an unending power struggle. It'd be so engaging/nervewracking to see play out. (Or maybe I'm just a bat kinnie and I think intravenous fear toxin is lowkey hot and everything else I said is me making justifications so I don't have to admit either of those embarrassing things to myself.)
*in my experience. It's entirely possible I'm just not running in any of the circles that discuss

Hello! My comic was very fanon! I just thought it would be very poetic for Bruce to get "carrie'd" as you would put it! Also I thought it would be a very Jerome thing to do to poor Bruce😬 I said it was paint but yeah basically fake/pig blood will suffice.
Now I do wonder is there's any media with Bruce Wayne getting blood thrown at him???
Honestly I love scarebats/scarybat ever since Batman Begins! I didn't even know their ship name until recent years LOL! I do love the ship especially because Batman and Scarecrow have a lot of interactions in many comics with insane fights! Also there's a lot of plots of Scarcrow controlling Batman with fear toxin- and usually Batman breaks away from that... I love their dynamic as enemies and as a ship! It actually amazes me it's kinda a rare ship!
I also love the concept of Scarecrow being extremely afraid/fascinated of bats because of Batman...the scene of Batman Begins when he hallucinates Batman as a Bat demon things stuck with me...
