There’s a huge blow up at Tall Trees when Ellis Chapman goads his brother Billy Fletcher who eventually snaps.
A fight erupts which sees Billy (Jay Kontzle) punch Ellis (Asan N’Jie). It’s too much for Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) to bear who, mindful of his young daughter April’s wellbeing, throws out Billy.
Though Ellis regrets what’s happened, Robert Sugden then drips poison in his ear and convinces him to take the feud one further. His manipulation works.
The brothers’ mum Jessie Grant (Sandra Marvin) is horrified when police arrive to arrest Billy putting the mum in a terrible position – which son will she save when the officers ask her to make a statement about what happened?
There’s tension at Tall Trees as Ellis goads Billy.
Unable to control his anger, Billy punches him and a shocked Marlon throws Billy out.
Meanwhile, Robert's manipulation pays off.
Billy loses his temper when he is provoked by Ellis and punches him, which results in him being thrown out of Tall Trees by Marlon. A manipulative Robert seizes the opportunity to get him arrested for assault,

Elsewhere, as Nicola King continues to help Robert Sugden with his scheme to fleece the Tate empire, she’s unaware her boss Graham Foster is on to her!
Jessie is left conflicted when the police ask her to make a statement.

At Home Farm, PA Nicola King is thrown into panic when her boss Graham Foster casually asks to see the plans for the new housing development. There is no ‘development’, of course.
It’s a scam Robert Sugden has dreamed up to fleece the Tate Empire, and Nicola – who’s on the inside – has been helping him siphon off the cash.
What Nicola doesn’t yet realise is that now sober Graham, who sloppily signed off on the fake development during an alcoholic relapse, has sussed the scheme! As he secretly tails Nicola, Graham’s suspicious eyebrows raise when he clocks her having a furtive chat with Robert.
With that, he works out Robert’s involved, and he sets about carving out his revenge… Later, Nicola pales when steely, scary Graham reveals he knows what’s been going on.
Meanwhile, unaware that Graham is on to her and Robert’s scam, Nicola is surprised when Graham wants to see plans for their new housing development. Graham and Megan watch as Nicola panics and shares the news with Robert. Later, Nicola is thrown into a panic when she realises that Graham knows all about her fraudulent activities.
