lemon & dark chocolate cake I'm shattered, today I've spent a day in the life of the school dinners staff. Up and in for 7.30am, prepping and close for 2pm. What this team do is incredible, I'll be sharing some footage and insights over the coming weeks as part of a series I'm working on. But in short, they deserve far more credit that they get. What they do is no different to any other catering service and to say it's hard work would be a complete understatement.
