Who knew your fanfic would be the reason I break my years long drawing haitus 😌😌 (half break because these are VERY rough drafts but I still wanted to share them with you so they dont end up rotting in my phone if I end up never finishing them 😔😔)

Here is little-1 as a toddler(?). Tried to draw as a baby but turns out I cant draw babies and thats the closest I could get. It then evolved into a larger-ish piece with SW showing her something on his data pad (Also colors are wrong but this was for fun cuz Shatter Glass SD and Senator SW have the same color pallet)

Also these are the first drawings I made (inspired by the start of chapter 8) this was why I tried to draw Little-1 on her own to begin with.

Really tried to give her Senator Shockwave's smile lmafo.

thought about this ask a lotttt and drew her at work on my down time a little older, also based around both senator shockwaves helm design and current shockwaves audial fins and jutting face framing helm

(covering the fail baby drawing, ignore my fingers) but playing with her design a lot, feeling inspired about it, WILL POST a full piece of her head shortly ackshually

Do you have more drawings of astrotrain or blitzwing?

i do!! long answer warning, i have a ton of wips and little drawings of them i havent posted yet, a wwi poster where i drew 1920s blitzwing over it, and a few from another au (medieval fantasy) where they're a minotaur and a manticore respectively, so ill compile them!! also fantasy au baby litter where theyre all different creature combinations... these are all on ms paint so quality varies, need to draw their bot forms more… there’s some nsfw/suggestive wips i didnt include in *this* post

EXACTLYYY, like it breaks my heart to see people draw him super skinny with a puffer… PLEASEEEE… please think about that and if you’re making him in the snow give him some goddamn warmth… that man has GOT to be big… genuinely same problem with *some* human Astrotrain designs I’ve seen where he’s super skinny but like marginally yaoi taller than other people, that just can’t be right

I wonder sometimes if it’s because people are genuinely afraid to draw/write/conceptualize people outside of their norm, which turns into everybody being the Alastor template

I really enjoyed banter between Astrotrain and Blitzwing this chapter. I don't know if it's just me or Blitzwing keeps acting like a wet dog, when Astrotrain gets up from bed he asks him where he's going and then he's left in the house like you leave a dog when you go to work, I'm surprised Fritz didn't turn the whole house upside down while Astrotrain was gone. He's like kind if a stray dog that clings on the closest familiar person he has but he also wants to run away because he is just used to being wild

LOVE this take so much, next chapter gonna be kinda funny after reading this lmao

He’s definitely back and forth and constantly going between the insecurity of unfamiliarity and the impulse to be independent and just GO yk

I write Blitzwing to be bipolar (among other things) because he’s very inclined to mania but still has those deep lows

he’s also just outright self destructive and it shows in his personal relationships

(+ author should specify being bipolar this is method writing)

I have a question about the newest chapter

So when sharing shockwaves memory, we see the gladiator fight. Was the blue mech Soundwave and the sparkling frenzy?

Good question!! Yes and no

It IS Soundwave, I adore the idea of gladiator Soundwave, fully involved in Megatron’s rise to power (tfp went crazy with that one, though I’m incorporating it within the G1 universe)

BUT it is not Frenzy, it’s actually Ravage, as Frenzy was not made yet

Short and sweet timeline, Ravage was formed while he was still a gladiator (she does not know from whom) and was raised for the most part there- she is the oldest and relatively an adult now

Buzzsaw and Laserbeak were made shortly after Megatron’s rise, under his support and guarantee of their health

Rumble and Frenzy came about well after the war broke out, having no understanding of a world without war. They are under the impression that Soundwave produced them and their siblings completely alone/asexually and have not considered a possible other parent (they think they’re from the cabbage patch)

Ratbat and his failed twin were made while traveling and working as a spy, and due to malnutrition Ratbat absorbed his sister

Will the sire(s) of soundwaves cassettes ever be mentioned? (If there is a sire. Unsure if some of the cassettes awwre asexual in production)

Yes they will be revealed eventually teehee… plural cause he gets around, but has EXTREMELY different anatomy/organ layout

he is a medical anomaly because of the lack of diverse medical research, #truth, BUT blaster functions the same way. They are the same frame type that carries totally different than the average bot, which is why nobody else is having kids except those two, for a multitude of reasons honestly… most notably because everyone considers them extensions of their carrier and not full fledged sparkling that develop into regular bots

He carried all of them with 4 different dads but only ravage knows that 🤫
