Hello, SDN Torrance.

I know it’s after-hours. I just want you all to know that if I or anyone else catches you making suggestive art of any SDN employees, Torrance or otherwise, and distributing it throughout the office, you will be seeing me or another HR representative.

This, by the way, should be implied. I shouldn’t have to tell you this. But here we are. This is targeted.

Please keep in mind that if you are caught doing this, not only will you receive a lengthy lecture about appropriate workplace conduct, but the consequences will include a Workplace Harassment Training workshop and minimum 3-day suspension without pay.

Hey everyone! Following the fiasco yesterday, we will be investigating further. This is a serious issue, but know that the punishment will be lighter if the culprit comes forward. No one likes doing a bunch of digging to solve a problem, including me- and if that’s what I have to do, the consequences will be more severe.

Anyone that was affected yesterday, please let me know if you have any issues with getting corporate to pay your hospital bills. I will help figure it out. As always, your health comes first, and I want you all to make a full recovery before coming back to work.

Good morning, SDN Torrance employees!

On a lighter note today, we have a charity running next week for the Youth Hospital. We need hero volunteers to help cheer up the kids and bring in more donations. There’s a sign up sheet outside my office for any of you that’d like to volunteer.

Also! We are getting in new coffee pods today for the main break room at 11. So, you know, be there or be…. not caffeinated.
