Finished Seabed!

Definitely a very unique mystery about Sachiko and her missing girlfriend Takako.

The solution was touching yet sad. I was very satisfied with the truth and the ending.

At the same time it was a challenge to read since it's very different from anything else I have read with lots of slice of life.

My usual reads are tightly plotted (sometimes too much) with not much SoL so I had trouble staying awake sometimes.

Still I think the experience was worth it.

I think I got almost everything too! Just Kozue threw me for a loop lol

My favorite characters were Narasaki and Sachiko btw!

Sachiko's childhood friend and lover disappeared suddenly, but she can't properly remember when or how she disappeared.

Not only that, Sachiko is seeing hallucinations of her too.

A yuri mystery!

I'm not used to mundane Slice of Life so it's not the easiest read for me.

The way the mystery threads unravel slowly is very interesting though.

Erosion

Unwavering and unmoving, chained against the flow, dissolving and sinking hidden in the depths.

This one is a long—long overdue piece for Halloween. It's been so long that I'm not entirely sure why I didn't post it back then; I can think of some reasons, but none really feels relevant. It did need some work, though; composition is a bit of a mess, but I can't really do much about that, and the color balance was hard to make sense of. Either way, sharing it in this state is better than keeping it to myself for so long I forget what I was to do with it.
