This Easy Sheet Pan Low Country Boil Broil recipe brings all the flavors of a classic Low Country boil to a simple sheet pan dinner. It's perfect for a quick and delicious seafood feast without the hassle of a traditional boil pot.
Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 lb baby potatoes, halved. 4 ears corn, halved. 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced. 1 onion, chopped. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 lemon, sliced. 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Set the broiler on high in the oven. Put the sausage, onion, garlic, lemon slices, Old Bay seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the shrimp and toss them around until they are all evenly covered. On a sheet pan, spread the mixture out evenly. Put the dish in the oven and broil it for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every now and then, until the potatoes are soft and the shrimp is pink and cooked all the way through. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
