hands down best salmon I've ever made. SO simple. ❤️ my grill pan. 🔹preheat oven to 450🔹take a plain salmon fillet and brush with olive oil and season with salt & pepper 🔹light a grill pan over medium heat and when it gets hot place salmon (skin side down) and grill for 3-4 mins 🔹rotate and grill for 2 more to get cool cross hatch grill lines 🔹turn off heat, flip over and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top 🔹top with sliced lemon & fresh chives and bake at 450 for an additional 7-8 mins. #FEAST. #seafoodqueen #jerf
