Seared T-Bone With Cheat’s Beet Relish  - perfect and tasty

This recipe makes a steak that is juicy, full of flavor, and has a nice sear on the outside. Great for both meat eaters and people who don't eat meat!

Ingredients: 2 beef steaks preferably ribeye or sirloin, about 1 inch thick. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Set a skillet over medium-high heat to warm it up. Use garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to season steaks. Rub them in olive oil. Put the steaks in the hot pan and sear them for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Take the steaks out of the pan and let them rest for five minutes.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 8 minutes
