One thing that few people remember is that Tamlin once asked Feyre if she wanted a title. Most people only remember him saying "There is no High Lady" (which is true) as if it were a bad thing, but I see few people remembering the rest of that dialogue, right? And Feyre refused the title, and Tamlin only didn't give it to her because he believed she didn't want it. That's why I say: Tamlin's biggest mistake is not knowing how to read minds.
