I feel defeated rn
🖤
you destroyed me and I brought myself back from the grave. don't you dare tell me I am weak, I am magic.
v.b
You know when you got that demon knocking on your door? Tempting you to give in..
I have one enemy who stands out among the rest. This person mocks my every accomplishment and disregards my every argument. They have hit me, battered me, and bruised me more often than than I care to count. But I don't just lie and take take it. My enemy has suffered many blows from me as well, in the best way I know how to fight. I have taken their self confidence and torn it down, brick by brick. I've isolated them and ignored their most basic needs. I've reminded them just how horrible and selfish they are, pointed out their ugliest parts and forced them to accept the fact that they will never be as great as they think they are. I have reminded them that they are a lie, and that has destroyed them. I've done this to my enemy. My enemy has done this to me. This enemy deserves nothing less for her transgressions. I should know, for I am she. I have inflicted and endured and crumbled before my own wrath. I am not only the victim, I am the bully as well. And sometimes I just need to be reminded of that. As horrible as I think my punishment is, I am also the one inflicting it. So... am I the villain, or am I still the victim? And which one is truly my enemy?
