On the one hand - All Might being the literal worst at self care, rarely makes it to his Drs appointments, avoids therapy like the plague, etc.

On the other hand, AM doing the bare minimum required to function, but being tricked into therapy by his psychologist neighbor/friend.

He just barges in after a Day at UA with snacks and tea, "hUNNY, you will not beLIEVE what young Bakugou did toDAY!"

okay, hear me out, i am super self-deprecating, but sometimes those types of jokes get repetitive and you’re unnecessarily putting yourself down, so i propose - sarcastic self-loving humor, i saw this in another post but i can’t find it, so for example, i bump into things a lot and instead berating myself for it, i’m training to say something like “wow, i am the epitome of elegance and grace” which is still funny, but i’m not being mean to myself
