Sometimes being productive in a crisis helps. I see posts about it being ok to not be productive and about how it’s not a contest, which is 100% true, but sometimes it can be comfortable to be productive. There is also comfort in setting goals for yourself and achieving them, especially when you are stuck in the house for 2-3 months. Celebrate the small stuff, like taking a shower or doing 1 hour of work. Have some self-compassion with your productivity and don’t beat yourself up when you do nothing. This is a good time to practice some self-love as well as self-investment. Just breathe and do what feels right for you.
