B - Bonding (How do they spend time with you?)

Zoro likes the idea of bonding/quality time even when you two aren't even talking or cuddling. Your presence alone is enough for him to admire from afar. Quality time/bonding is a big deal for Zoro. Sometimes he wonders how long he can go without your presence.

A peaceful day along the grandline was a needle in a haystack, it rarely happened. The waves were not gentle and warm, they were unforgiving and cold as ice. One gulp of that water and your digestive system would be riddled with worms and parasites. Only one or two beautiful days could occur, and this was not one of them.

Nami predicted that storm clouds would be headed east, in the ship's direction. Leaving you to wonder what you could do during this day. There was not much really, if you stepped foot into the rain the flu would lace through your body, which would be even more annoying. So, you decided to cuddle up into your bed under a blanket reading a book you saved for rainy days.

Yet, you were a little lonely, but you knew the others had stuff to do, so for now it was just you and your little book. After a few chapters in, the pattering of rain against the window pane was a little too relaxing. Your eyelids drooped to take a tiny nap, plus you had nothing else to do so why not?

It had been, what, 20 minutes? And in that 20 minutes of course a small green specimen was stuck, headfirst upon your lap. It was obviously Zoro. He needed, craved your warmth and love, as it is was so cold and miserable outside. But inside, you were there, ever so warm and kind, the kind of person he would want to spend the rest of his days with.

You rolled your eyes, knowing that this would inevitably happen, it was Zoro, the clingiest person ever at your side. You couldn't blame him finding warmth and solace in you, as it was so cold outside. And you predict he spent a long time  out there practicing his daily training, he was shivering.

Your hands raked through his lime green hair as he let out a muffled sound of relief, he has been waiting for you to do that this whole time. Your arms found their place along the small of his back, delicately tracing his skin like a roadmap which made him shiver. And your lips found their way to his head, gently soothing and calming him with a kiss. The patters of rain got even heavier, and so did your love for Zoro. It was a small gesture for him to randomly turn up in your room while you were napping, but it meant so much more. You knew he loved quality time, even if it was just as simple as holding him close on a bad weather day.

Even in a day of your life, with constant pirate struggles and dangers, comfort had always found you, even then. Because your loving boyfriend, Zoro exists. He always had ways to make your shared stressful life better, in small ways like this. The feared swordsman, Roronoa Zoro that could slice flesh into chunks of crimson red could also delve his lime green head into your lap after a rainy day, Yeah, that Zoro, your loving, cuddly and clingy boyfriend that was always there for you.
