AI LIMIT DLC ‘Eirene’s Furnace of War’ announced - Gematsu
Publisher CE-Asia and developer SenseGames have announced AI LIMIT downloadable content “Eirene’s Furnace of War,” which adds new story, areas, and bosses. It will launch on March 27.

“Eirene’s Furnace of War” continues the story of AI LIMIT following the ending of the main game, as Blader Arrisa embarks on a new chapter of her journey. Venturing into the Temple of War to face the trials set forth by Eirene the Warfare Bishop, players will face off against a mysterious new boss, as well as returning bosses that have been reworked with new mechanics to pose a greater challenge to seasoned Soulslike players.
The downloadable content expansion will also add brand new weapons, armor, Spells, and Seals, which can be obtained while playing through Eirene’s Furnace of War, offering players expanded build options and combat strategies to take into the new Furnace Arena. Players can look forward to more information on Eirene’s Furnace of War being shared in the coming months. Since its launch in 2025, AI LIMIT has been praised for its distinct art style, memorable characters, and fast-paced Soulslike combat set across intricately designed levels. The game currently holds a 92 percent “Very Positive” rating from over 32,000 user reviews on Steam, making it CE-Asia’s most successful global release to date.
AI LIMIT is available now for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.

AI LIMIT pre-orders, new demo now available - Gematsu
Publisher CE-Asia and developer SenseGames have opened pre-orders for AI LIMIT for PlayStation 5 via PlayStation Store and PC via Steam. A new demo is also available.
The standard edition is priced at $34.99 / £34.99, while the Deluxe Edition is priced at $44.99 / £44.99. The latter includes the full game, the exclusive in-game armor and helmet “White Sparrow’s Coat & Mask,” the weapon “Opossums Sais,” a digital art book, three Mud Balls, and three Pure Crystals.
Pre-orders for either edition include 10 percent off the standard price, as well as a bonus Maid outfit and hairband.

New Trailer
The new trailer showcases new scenes of Havenswell, the last city of humanity, depicting the ongoing conflicts between various factions. Hunters and scavengers roam the ruins, constantly fighting for a glimmer of hope from the city’s true master—the Church and the Necro. In addition to the protagonist Arrisa, several other NPCs, including new Bladers, make their debut, with their stories awaiting players to uncover as they progress through the game.
New Demo
A demo will also available on Steam and PlayStation 5 during the pre-order. The development team has tweaked the game’s performance, visuals and gameplay to reflect the community’s feedback. Boss Challenge mode in the demo now features new weapons, equipment, and spells. It is highly recommended that both old and new players give it a try.
About the Game
AI LIMIT sees players take up arms in the post-apocalyptic wasteland of Havenswell as Arrisa, an immortal Blader. Facing formidable enemies from various factions, players must navigate the ruins on the edge of civilization’s extinction, seeking the truth behind its destruction.

Publisher CE-Asia and developer SenseGames have delayed post-apocalyptic science-fiction action RPG and PlayStation China Hero Project title AI LIMIT from its previously planned 2024 release window to March 27, 2025. It will be available for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam.

AI LIMIT is set in the distant future, long after the fall of civilization. The world is now infested with a mysterious substance known as the Mud, with monsters roaming the land and survivors struggling to endure. The player takes on the role of Arrisa, a powerful entity called Blader, equipped with incredible regeneration ability. In her quest, she will explore the ruins of ancient cities teeming with enemies, aiming to unveil the truth behind the apocalypse and sow the seeds of hope for a new world. Facing a myriad of mighty foes and vicious monsters, Arrisa went through countless deaths and rebirths. She is good at finding opportunities in the onslaught and gives it her all to turn the tide. After a near-impossible battle, she will continue her journey on the wasteland as if it were just another day. Arrisa wields a wide variety of weapons, allowing her to execute flashy combos by utilizing each weapon’s unique moves and sets, aiming to seize the initiative in battle. Moreover, the weapon skills system gives Arrisa more attack choices. Her left-hand mechanism can use dozens of spells to enrich her fighting style. In addition to its intense fighting and action elements, the world of AI LIMIT offers a rich environment to explore. Bizarre and magnificent city ruins hide various weapons and clothes, guarded either by powerful monsters or tucked away in deep alleys. These items not only boast incredible power but also enhance Arrisa’s unique appearance. The history of Havenswell is also worth discovering. AI LIMIT limited-time demo launches October 14 - Gematsu
Publisher CE-Asia and developer SenseGames will release a limited-time demo for action RPG AI LIMIT from October 14 at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET to October 21 at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET, the companies announced.
The demo, available as part of Steam Next Fest: October 2024 Edition, will feaure the entire first level of the game, “Sewer Town Southwest,” which will take approximately two hours to complete. Gameplay includes enemy, elite, and boss battles, and the level will provide a battleground for players to learn how to master spells and spell frames, and discover weapons and other equipment.
Users who clear the level will receive a special reward in the form of an additional, secret, unlockable level featuring a new boss and combat system not featured in the “Sewer Town Southwest” demo.
AI LIMIT is due out for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam in 2024.
