todays intake/workout 7/11/13
pre-workout snack: banana granola bar with some peanut butter on top workout: 2 mile power walk/sprint intervals and lunges, squats, and side leg lifts. post-workout snack: banana breakfast: 2 eggs baked in avocados with green tea no morning tea today! wasnt very hungry lunch: spinach, mozzarella, pesto, avocado, and turkey on whole grain bread and grilled with grapes and water 2nd workout?: tested out some blogilates ab, thigh, and stretching workouts that i might want to do in the future! afternoon tea: a little less than a cup of trail mix! dinner: grilled chicken with a salad and some garbanzo beans/black beans with tomato treat: a tiny bit of ice-cream with banana, almonds, and peanut butter after a stressful driving lesson!
The words I've used are from Essena O'Neill's Set Plan. It's a seven-day guide that is all about beginning (or rebooting) a healthy lifestyle.
Although I haven't done the "set plan" per se, I have incorporated many of Essena's practices into my own daily life & body love/ body appreciation has been a HUGE part of this.
I decided to make this graphic to show my support for Essena & for self-love in general. If you've been meaning to be kinder to yourself but don't know how, print this out or write down the words and say them to yourself, every morning.
I promise, it gets better.
