idk if you’ve ever watched buffy the vampire slayer but either way i would love a (un)informed take on faith and buffy dhdhdh
I have watched exactly one episode of Buffy, amusingly enough for a college class (I wanna say it was like about gender and media or something but I can't quite recall). It was a musical episode and I remember a girl started levitating while her girlfriend was implied to be going down on her and that is ALL.
so... this show is apparently longer than I realized.
but yes! my research can be summed up as repressed, traumatized bisexual has sexual tension and seemingly unrequited pining with her friend/rival/enemy/friend?/narrative foil and makes poor decisions, while said friend/rival/enemy/etc ALSO has some seemingly unrequited pining and is also bi?? and also seems to be going through a lot, good lord, and attempts to help her be a better person while also making bad decisions and putting her in a coma. which seems like a not so great way to deal with attraction OR help someone improve their life choices
on the lighter side of things, i see much potential for fight flirting both while allies and enemies. on the heavier side, an exploration of what apparently being destined to fight and kill to Save The World does to someone and supporting each other through that. so much hurt/comfort
so yes, like. a super intense friendship with romantic overtones that were never fully addressed both due to the breakup/becoming enemies thing and because much of TV is apparently afraid of bisexuals.
Send me a ship and I'll give you my thoughts
