i was looking for terms that describe physical transition, specially not fully or in a mixed way, and i found afabris and amabris (on the lgbtia+ wiki). love the concept on itself, but i honestly hate that they're so agab-focused. it's too "exposing", as someone who is GNC nonbinary and considers their agab entirely and completely unimportant. i just want to have words for how i want to transition for community-finding sake, but afabris and amabris are just........ yeah...... /neg

would you be interested in making "alternative" terms for such experiences? yk, one for someone who wants only top surgery and one for someone who wants only bottom surgery, no agab no extra details, just physical transition and the pride and liberation that comes with it. feel free to turns this one down ofc, no pressure at all ! thank you v much in advance either way. love your blog

Gonadian (left): A word to describe someone who only wishes to pursue bottom surgery with no connection to AGAB or gender. Thoradian (right): A word to describe someone who only wishes to pursue top surgery with no connection to AGAB or gender.

These flags are reminiscent of sexadic flags which is where the names come from. Sexadic is a term for describing sex characteristics regardless of gender or assigned sex, so the root I came up with is sexadian to help distinguish them. Sexadian can refer to identities involving specific sex characteristics regardless of gender or AGAB.

Gonadian is the combination of "gonad" and "sexadian", referring to the genitals. Gonad is a gender neutral term, I promise. I think a lot of people assume it refers to testicles but that's not the case, which is why I used it. Thoradian is the combination of "thorax" and "sexadian", referring to the chest in general.

If you wish to remove the root words relating to body parts, I actually had other terms in mind originally: Supradian (supra- meaning "above") and inferadian (infer- meaning "below.") I think these identities can be called whatever makes the user most comfortable. Supradian and inferadian helps remove them from references to body parts, which might be more preferred.

Disclaimer: The terms "(fe)male sexed" and mulladic/wolfadic are acknowledging psychosocial aspects of sex, so this includes anyone who consider their sex traits as (fe)male, regardless of their assigned natal sex. As sex is not a linear or singular spectrum, these sex traits can stand beyond "primary sex characteristics" or chromosomal karyotype exam results, or even how they are seen scientifically classified as. Because trans (wo)men (specially transsex mulladic and transsex wolfadic people) can alter their sex traits phenotypically and hormonally, surgically genitally or potentially gonadally.
