Joshua - "Seizure Stand Up"
Also I pretty much have no choice, I am a disabled mother of two with a few chronic ailments. I stay home because I feel safe there. It is something to be said about having seizures in walmart… lmfao
My stomach has been hurting today and I've been having more seziours lately. This sucks
Lesson learned, do research on prices vets give you!
My fluffy little black cat has seizures, she's epileptic and will be for the rest of her life. She takes phenobarbital, a drug used to treat humans with the same problem, cut up into kitty sized doses. We just moved, so I had to find her a new vet. Which can be scary, the last vet told me not many people are taught about kitty seizures cause they are rare. The last vet also charged me $40 per month for 30 tablets. This vet charged me $15. For the same thing. So I do some research. And find out that for a 60 day supply is usually less than $30 for a person, so two pills for sixty days meaning 120 pills for less than what we paid for 30. Wtf. >>
curse you stupid strobe-y scene...
no srsly tho I've spent forever trying to carefully manage my physical, neurological and psychological symptoms and so I've been acutely aware of how they're connected. I have to track multiple factors at once and I spend a lot of time analyzing them. My psychiatrist looked at me funny and brushed me off when I suggested a link between bipolar disorder and seizures. But then why would my medication treat both? And why would I experience the same kind of patterns? Bursts of hyperactivity and then long downtimes. I think there's some sort of regulation problem. it's like traffic. for no clear reason, traffic just clumps together. then there's a clearing, and everything gets released at once. it happens in minutes w/ seizures, but over days w/ bipolar
so what I really need to do is get a job to bridge the gap between psychological and physical. it's not as mysterious as ppl think. I think having seizures which give me intense symptoms of both gives me a unique perspective on this.
