Pile 1 -
There is an eerie silence as goosebumps pimple from your skin and a shiver scurries up your spine. A blackened stare is watching amongst the darkness from somewhere you can’t see. Your eyes frantically search the area around you in an unsettling hope that you can face your hidden stalker. But before you can rest your gaze upon the monster, a sudden crack of thunder rattles your bones and your body jolts up from your bed, awakening you from your nightmare.
There is an outside force that you fear, but you can’t see. I see you turning your back to the thing which you fear and it is slowly looming closer as your attention is turned away from it. You are afraid of it creeping into your life and that it will catch you off guard, so you are obsessing over this fear and subjecting yourself to paranoia. You must not let what you are afraid of control you, especially since this fear is irrational. By only believing what you wish to, you are the one creating your own nightmare.
You must ground yourself and come to the realization that your paranoid thoughts do not align with your reality. Take the time to do what makes you feel relaxed and focus on a feeling of safety. Charge forward with confidence in uneasy situations and you will find that there was nothing to really worry about. For this pile, I am sensing that the main thing you must work on is your beliefs and the negative thoughts you are desperately holding onto.
Pile 2 -
You can’t remember how long it’s been since your vision was met with the grace of light. There is only darkness. That’s all it’s ever been for as long as you can remember. Only impressions from your distant memory can provide you with the knowledge of how light…tasted? Sounded? Looked? Ah yes, looked. Looked was the word for it. What light looked like. Sensation and touch was also so dull now, body bound by wrappings held so tight that all your limbs had been numb for…years. Perhaps decades. Or maybe centuries. You couldn’t tell anymore. All you wanted was to remember the joys of existence. To experience sight, taste, touch, sound. Anything really. Anything would be better than the bounds and restrictions that vacate the sensations of living.
You feel trapped, stuck in an undesirable situation that you see no way of escaping. The path forward is easily accessible to you, but there is something or someone holding you back. This roadblock is preventing you from becoming aligned with your true self, obstructing your senses so that you are unable to follow your inner guidance. You feel like you’ve been abandoned and left to fend for yourself in a scary world. But this is not true. You must overcome the stuck energy that you’re in to be able to receive messages from your inner guidance again and get back on track.
You are holding back too much. It could be that you are hiding who you truly are, denying yourself of what you desire, or you are not speaking your mind. It’s time to let go of your people-pleasing behaviors and mindset, focusing on not caring about what others think about you. You have a fear of being ridiculed for being yourself or for being an outsider. For some of you I sense that you may not like looking at yourself in the mirror because you struggle with feelings of shame or you have self worth issues. What you don’t see is that you are worthy. You are a beautiful soul that deserves what you desire, so don’t allow anyone, including yourself, to hold you back.
Pile 3 -
A wave of nausea overwhelms your stomach and begins to crawl up your throat. Your hearing goes deaf, silence now being the only company to your ears. The halls sit eerily still and you’re left to wander the seemingly endless expanse of doorways, head starting to throb as the bright fluorescent lights irritatingly burn your corneas. The nausea grows stronger, unbearable even. You slouch over, reaching for the wall to hold you up. But your limbs have no strength and you fall to the ground, descending into a hypnotic daze. A sharp pain travels across your forearms, your spine, your chest, and eventually all over your body. You gaze over to your limp arm, eyes struggling to stay open, and you have no choice but to watch as your flesh is being torn from your bone, pulled away as long strands of flesh by an unseen force.
You feel like your mind, body, and soul is being ripped and split apart because you are being overwhelmed with so many choices and decisions. You fear making the wrong choice, which is delaying your progress and preventing you from moving forward along your soul’s destined path. The choices you make must not be influenced by others or by a need to please others. Instead, you must determine the right path by listening to your inner voice and what you believe will be best for you. This is your life, so don’t let others make the decisions for you.
Don’t delay making a decision because you are afraid of making the wrong one. Progress is progress. It’s okay that every decision you make isn’t going to be the best or most ideal one. Walk your path, rather than just stand there waiting for the most perfect opportunity or moment. Go for what you want, even if the path isn’t perfectly planned out.
