Helping to bring the change of the seasons is hard work! Lizzie is always busy, whether it's preparing for the next season or making sure the current one has settled as it should! She's not alone in her job, but she is the person who works most with the season spirits.
That, she has to say, is an amazing perk.
There are two she loves especially, the season of autumn and spring. Which is funny, because the two of them have the strangest love hate relationship she's ever seen (something something being opposite seasons, Lizzie never paid much attention to all the old stories.)
But with her? They're both much more reasonable! It makes her job a lot easier, and they both agree Lizzie helps make the seasonal transition great.
Plus, they all like their very official work meetings (it's just dates. They're just having dates.)
Last Life shadowrotwood
Cleo leaves the Shadow Alliance, breaking up with Cleo, and starts living with Scott and Pearl, and they have an alliance with the Southlands. They start a relationship with Martyn, but Martyn says he’s dating Lizzie cause he’s with the Shadow Alliance and Cleo is shocked but says she doesn’t mind he’s seeing other people, despite her… distaste… for Lizzie.
Later in the season she deals with her hatred towards Lizzie and Martyn convinces the two of them to go on a picnic date in the forest and Lizzie gifts Cleo with a new flower crown, fresh full of new alive cornflowers for her. The three have a lovely time :3

I crave a Cleo, Lizzie, Martyn and Ren teamup but I know if it happened the fandom would ONLY obsess over treebark and shadowrot and that makes me very sad
I want it because I love all the pairings there, treebark, zombiewood, shadowrot, shadowwood, rizzie, zombiedog, treebarkrot, shadowrotwood, venture trio, ALL OF EM. Every combination of those four is PEAK
