Do I like when there’s an alien threat in Doctor Who stories? Yes, of course.

Do I also miss “pure historical” stories? Yes, I do.

no coherent thoughts on it atm but it is interesting that i was taken more seriously as a nonbinary person before i started hormones. as my body becomes less adherent to a binary gender people’s perception of me becomes more binary

#now part of that has gotta be down to using he/it instead of the former they/them #not that people use it/its for me. a few people do but by and large it’s strictly he/him #and my using a masculine name vs my more neutral given name #so i feel like i’m in a Position where i gotta pick between being seen how i wanna be seen; as a nonbinary person #or between being referred to how i would like to be #and i know for a FACT if i started using he/they instead people would switch #they would #uh but anyway i could present differently also but idkkkkk like i like how i present and it’s not even super masc #and then it’s fucked bc trans women have the problem of like. wanting to be seen as women bc they are and everyone is like ah yes #this person this individual they are this or that and like #Refuse to let them Be Women #uh there’s a conclusion somewhere there but this isn’t a post about that this is mostly me bitching a lil #maybe once i look more masculine like actually masculine i’ll start using he/she #shake things up #but then i guess everyone would just still use he and i’m in the same boat again #:/
