Motivation
I bring my lunch and cook because at 6.30am I am pounding miles, I don't simply want to punish my body with fast-food after all of it's early morning work. And on the weekends I leave my spot in bed next to my handsome husband to follow the trails and give the joy of sport to teenagers. My body works hard and I work hard for my body. I am not good 100% of the time. That's just unfair. But I do think it's very easy to take simple steps to say, "No, no thank you. Today, I love my body and want to show my body I love it." It truly is about what happens when no one is watching.
For me it is easier to say no when I am around a bunch of people I don't know who are eating fatty foods. Around my friends and a good bottle of wine it's not always that easy. But I have to reward my body and soul as much as I have to say, "no, not today." Because I work hard and I want very much to keep my work from having a case of the Mondays.
What's your motivation?
