Alright. So nakagraduate na rin ako sa pagiging OIC ng team namin for 2 days.Andami kong naexperience at natutunan.Akala ko mareceive mo lang yung ticket at maipasa sa iba,ok na.Pero there's always more than that.Ang hirap pala maging team lead.Partida, 2 days lang akong nagoic nyan ah.At wala naman akong inattendan na leads meeting tska infrafreeze pa.haha. Pero medyo stressful pala talaga.Andami mong dapat isipin.Mas lalo kong naappreciate yung work pati si Maam Jhen. Nung unang araw, feeling ko drained na drained ako at mahilo hilo na ako at the end of the day.Nung 2nd day-Monday,laking gulat ko nung nagtext yung mga kateam ko na di sila makakapasok.Si Maam Jhen sa Dec. pa sya babalik. I was like, seriously, ako lang? This day is tough and challenging but I learned a lot. Naapply ko on how to be strict on complying to rules, nagawa kong magset ng priorities, maganalyze critically, magkaroon ng mahabang pasensya at sympre, magdecide not just for the sake of our team/company but also to help our clients. They may call it mababaw pero di ko to malilimutan. I'll charge it to my experience of being a DBA at magagamit ko to in the near future. Most probably, hindi rin naman to ang last time na magooic ako. Haha. It's just my first.Pero it just gives joy to me to realize on how these people around me trust me and believe in my potential and capability to do it. At the end of the day,it all just fall to teamwork. I love my team and I love my job. As long as you know in yourself na team player ka,it wouldnt be ever hard for you to work extra effort in times na wala yung iba. We are a team and we work as one.Im thankful cause it gave me another opportunity to level up on my career.
