Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 teaspoons ground cumin. 2 teaspoons paprika. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Salt, pepper, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and minced garlic should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts that are in a plastic bag that can be closed again. Close the bag and rub the chicken with the marinade until it's evenly covered. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or better yet, leave it there overnight. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade. Cook chicken breasts on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are done all the way through and the juices run clear. Wait a few minutes before cutting the chicken into thin slices. Enjoy while hot!
