Still trying to figure out whether I enjoyed Sheffield 10K or not! The atmosphere was brilliant, but I wasn't in the right frame of mind. The route was a lot harder than I gave it credit for! A progressive incline for a good 5K. I don't train properly for road races and that is a massive downfall of mine. I want to be a better runner, I just need to make a few choices and sacrifices to get there.
