Day 17 of #100daysofhealing . . This is my version of #sheherezade from the tales of 1001 Nights. Covered in the fabric of her stories, swimming through the velvety nights. . I’ve always been fascinated by her incredible #storytelling ability. It literally saved her life by changing the heart of her oppressor. She transformed the rage and pain of the King rooted in betrayal into a life saving love. POWERFUL MESSAGE. . As a new year resolution/realization I came to the conclusion that I needed to work on TRUST. Not only in myself but to trust in the capacity of those around me, to listen to my story with an open heart. . This is how I came up to the #the100dayproject idea.
