As i neared the sad ruins of Santa Monica Pier, night fell and it began pouring rain. The antithesis of the tourist hub it used to be, the smells of desserts and fried foods, the sounds of arcade games, restaurants, the excited screams of the thrill riders, all silent now. The only thing left is the waves crashing on the sand.
After another day exploring the west side, i found myself amidst a field of vibrant flowers, and a Shell-Walker caravan. God this place is beautiful 😭💖
