I'm sorry I'm a little mad at Penny's mom for looking at this poor cursed kid, knowing she could have tried to help and turning him away just because he has no magic. Sure not helping rando normals off the street I get, but your daughter begged you to help this one, that I don't get, and I don't even see a reasonable explanation. She could of helped him and then cursed his memory away.
