So, I don't know if you listen to podcasts, or are familiar with Jordan Lee Dooley (SoulScripts), but let me tell you, all of these podcasts are great! The "How to Maximize Your Time by Automating Your Life" episode has a part that says "Allow your mind to be present" talking about when you're supposed to be doing what YOU want and practicing self care, let yourself be present instead of thinking about what you need to do or the next video/movie/show you'll watch or the email/text/phone call that needs to be made and just let yourself relax. I LOVE THAT. I am SO guilty of not being present, even when watching TV or attempting to read a book!
