Hello!! I’m not sure if you’re still responding to questions but im going to try anyway! I have been in the shifting community since 2019-2019 ish when my sis mentioned it and then I left. For years. I came back recently (like maybe a little under a year ago) and I have been working on my self concept, meditating, etc, so lots of internal spiritual practices and I recently have given thought as to why I can meditate, why I can change my thoughts, but I can’t seem to shift. I try awake methods, sleep methods, guided, not guided and I know shifting is SO personal and I’m not asking because I think you will give me something that just clicks for me but I’m wondering if you can maybe explain it in a different way? Like how I can kinda get to shift (and I know that doesn’t make much sense but that’s the best way I can describe it rn) or any tips as to get to my dr. And I also know what I will shift at some point but I’m just not so sure what to do now. Anyways tysm! I hope you’re doing well!
Hi ! I’ve been inactive for quite a time, but now I try to answer some questions again!
Shifting breaks are normal, some happen intentionally some even unintentionally. You probably heard that shifting comes into your life when it’s needed. So I believe that you’re meant to experience shifting to other realities right now.
Many shifters struggle with exactly the same, thinking of how they can achieve that final push to make them shift finally, especially when they know they CAN and WILL shift, the question is only when.
The answer may be simple, but is still the most helpful one: try not to stress with your journey, yes it is annoying to hear that all the time and yes it’s frustrating seeing other shift before you, even though you tried your best and are still here.
But acknowledging that you are already shifting every day, even when it’s to parallel realities (not much different to your “cr”) it’s still a progress. And this small progress leads you closer to your goal. Shifting is all about your belief and own perception. It IS easier than you think it is! Shifting can also be fun, and when something is fun, then you’ll enjoy it without thinking much about it, then it doesn’t matter how much time has passed or what you could’ve done instead.. try achieving this state of mind. Actually try enjoying your own personal shifting journey, because that is what makes it beautiful.
There’s no need to rush, everything will work out eventually on its own. Maybe you lack the knowledge of one thing that you need to be aware of before you shift, maybe it’s you focusing on the wrong or unimportant things, maybe you’re just stressing yourself too much.. who knows? You need to get to know yourself better- is there something that is blocking you, without you being aware and you need to do something against that..? Or should you move on and not worry instead? These questions are something you need to find out yourself.
I know it’s frustrating at the moment, but just know everything will align automatically and you need to trust on that. Sometimes patience is the key.. I’m not saying that you have to wait a long time though! No on the contrary! You could shift by tomorrow! After all it’s all in your head and YOU are the answer to your own success.
