Hosted a dinner last week. Some shots of my adventures in the kitchen preparing some of the food for the night. 14+ hour cooked Wagyu Ragu for my Lasagna - Wagyu Mince courtesy of @meatland_greenvale who came through at short notice :) Home made béchamel sauce x2 - I think I got RSI from all the whisking 🤣 Fried eggplants, zucchini and potatoes for the Moussaka. There was also a roast Girello in there somewhere too but that got polished off along with my homemade tatziki😆 A lot of effort but was well worth it.
