“Monoma,” Kendou says, and if Neito were in the right mind, he’d turn on his heel and hightail out of here instantly. “It is two in the morning.”

Why, what an astute observation! Neito is well aware of the time. He is actually the opposite of someone with time blindness, considering he always carries so many pocket watches with him.

“It seems so,” he agrees cheerfully, wincing when her glare sharpens.

“So what,” Kendou continues, “are you doing up in that tree?”

“What happened to the villain you apprehended earlier? Was he handed off to the police?”

“Hah?” Monoma sneers. “How would we know? We just left him in that alleyway. If the police find him, then good for them.”

“What? But—” Denki frowns, sitting up again. “You have to report any necessary information before you go! Like your names, the time, what he was doing… That’s one of the first lessons in being a hero!”

“Yeah, well,” Shinsou snickers, “obviously, we’re not heroes.”

…What?

or, denki finds himself stuck in a rather precarious situation when a mysterious duo decide to capture him

He whispers something to her, probably a quick check on if she’s actually okay, and Kinoko nods, extracting herself from his arm with an apologetic look. Thereafter, Kuroiro smiles and shakes his head, offering his arm out again.

Wow. Reiko can’t decide how she feels about that, but judging by the way Kuroiro’s eyes softened when Kinoko accepted his offer, she thinks she finally gets why everyone says that his crush is the most obvious thing ever.

or, 5 times someone notices kuroiro’s crush on komori + 1 time komori notices it

[G] day 4: royalty AU || 1.6k || shinsou hitoshi/yaoyorozu momo

"I'm not being sarcastic," Shinsou says. When Momo narrows her eyes in suspicion, they lift their hands, as if surrendering. "Honest. I really like hearing your thoughts."

"Is that so?" Momo's heart gives a light flutter. "There's not a lot of people willing to listen to a princess blabber nonsensically."

"Well, I don't think it's nonsense."

The flutter grows stronger. Momo sets the thought aside for another time.

or, princess momo tends to receive a secret visitor late at night…

[T] day 7: rarest of the rare || 1.1k || tokage setsuna/yaoyorozu momo

Honestly, Setsuna hasn’t changed much since high school. They were decent friends back then, though they mostly kept to their separate circles, only nodding at each other in the hallway or chatting casually whenever their classes wanted to hang out together. Still, every time they did interact, Momo would think the same thing—that Setsuna carries herself with a quiet yet bold confidence. She always admired that trait of hers.

It’s the same thing here, with Setsuna’s relaxed demeanour, like they’re not about to kiss right now.

Unpopular opinion:

I dislike Shinsou x blondes. Like, I feel absolutely no chemistry with those ships whatsoever. Especially Shinmono, but that’s probably my general dislike towards Monoma. By blondes I mean his most popular ships, by the way.

Maybe it’s not even them. Maybe it’s the electric blonde x subdued insomniac thing, because I don’t ship Erasermic either. It’s just such a repititive trope the only exception being shinojiro.

I do like their friendships and dynamic, but turning it romantic genuinely exhausts me. Monoma can just.. stay there. In that corner. Raving to himself. Of all the characters, i connect with him the least, and my bitch of an ex-bff is only PARTLY the reason.

Maybe Im just needlessly picky. I’ve got this vision stuck in my head and I’m definitely biased. I like Shinsou with people on the same wavelength as him, if different frequencies. Like Todoroki, or Momo, or Tsu or even Ochako to some extent. Iida too. The list gets cut off very short when I only want calmer, slightly more relating people.

And it’s not even that they have to be similar, and I DO enjoy opposites attract. But I love it when the differences aren’t surface level, they’re in sync but still their own instrument. Shintodo likes naps, but Shouto likes it because it gives him a sense of safety, hence alluding to warmth, and Shinsou likes it because it silences his brain, hence alluding to a colder conclusion. Hot and cold, see?

In short, I like nuance rather than stark differences, and boy are the ships I mentioned full of nuance. Shintodo is lonely. Shouto from isolation and Hitoshi from alienation. Shiniida has something to prove. ShinMomo doesn’t feel self confidence. Shinochako are underdogs. Shintsu are self serving.

If you like Shinkami or Shinmono, I’m not trying to attack you. I just wanted to rant about these- in my eyes- overused ships and the other ones I feel could be super neat. And yeah, it seems I ship Shinsou with more girls than guys, even if I ship him with those two boys with more intensity.

I just needed to get this out of my system because I’ve seen so. Many. Shinmono. Posts. In my feed and I can’t figure out how to block it and it’s frustrating me. I don’t know where they’re coming from I NEVER interacted with Shinmono posts in the first place.

Okay, so this is the first time I’ve done this, but here I am — putting myself out there to see if anyone else is searching for an RP partner. If so, you’re in luck!

I’m a 22yo/F looking for some new (18+) RP partners! My current muse is MHA (My Hero Academia), but I’m willing to explore other anime worlds as well (ya know, as long as we’ve both watched the anime or read the manga lol).

Some MHA characters I’ve roleplayed in the past: Katsuki Bakugou, Izuku Midoriya (Deku), Momo Yauyorozu, Toru Hagakure, Touya Todoroki (Dabi), Keigo Takami (Hawks), Rumi Usagiyama (Mirko), and Fuyumi Todoroki.

And here are some of the ships I’m interested in roleplaying as well (ships in green are the ships I play most often!):

Bakudeku (Katsuki Bakugou x Izuku Midoriya)

Izuocha (Izuku Midoriya x Ochako Uraraka; I will admit they aren’t my favorite Deku ship, but I’m down to roleplay them if you want!)

Todomomo (Shoto Todoroki x Momo Yaoyorozu)

Shinmomo (Hitoshi Shinso x Momo Yauyorozu; yes, I know this is a rare pair who have never actually interacted, but they make sense if you think about it)

Hotwings (Dabi/Touya Todoroki x Hawks/Keigo Takami)

Huwumi (Hawks/Keigo Takami x Fuyumi Todoroki; another rare pair)

Mirhawks (Mirko/Rumi Usagiyama x Hawks/Keigo Takami)

I will only roleplay on Discord.

I enjoy talking OOC and ranting about our characters and world-building and whatnot (if you don’t like that, please let me know; it may or may not be a deal breaker)

I’m a semi-lit to lit roleplayer — I don’t expect 100 paragraphs or anything extravagant, but please please PLEASE no one-liners!!!

I write in third person only. No putting actions between asterisks or writing in first person pleasssee.
