For a prominent servant of the goddess, I wonder if there’s some plot relevant reason as to why Xingxing is so taken with Jiujiu when they attack just about everyone else who comes around...? Is it because Jiujiu was likened to a bird in her first appearance? Or because she wears yellow and red similar to their feathers and face? Is Jiuiu’s color pallet intentionally symbolic??

Well, there’s probably nothing to it, but I wonder about these things anyways lol
