It wasn’t something they really talked about. Chad was a senior now, after all, and he would be leaving soon.

Tony always wanted to talk about it, make plans to meet up and all, but whenever he tried to ask, Conner would frown, and Kyle would say nah, we got time, Tony.

Chad only found out about Tony’s attempts because Denice slammed the door open to his bedroom in the Lax House, and crossed her arms.

“Uh… Hi?” He said, raising an eyebrow as he laid in bed, in nothing but boxers and binder. “I think you could’ve knocked so I could-”

“I got the same parts.” She said flatly.

“And maybe that’s the issue for me.” Chad complained, and she faltered, before sighing.

“Sorry.” She said, “But we have a problem.”

“What kind of problem?” He asked, sitting up. The junior sighed, but sat on the edge of his bed.

This song will always and forever scream Men's Glee Club at me, so have a little Olliewicks in glee club AU under the cut!

Ollie met Wicks one cold morning in a sectional, still bundled up in a coat, clutching a cup of coffee like it'd save him from the fact that it was still 8am. Ollie had been early for the Bass 1 sectional. Wicks had been nearly late, and that was that.

Wicks squeezed in next to Ollie and read off his music, and there never seemed to be anything separating from then. They'd signed up for Ballet 1 together, they'd batted through Intro to Computer Science together, and they'd made their way through The Ballad of Little Musgrave and Lady Barnard together.

They became OllieandWicks, WicksandOllie, inseparable and immutable.

The summer before their junior year, the glee club goes on a tour of Eastern Europe, and they, being both Juniors and having fundraised enough on their own, get on a plane and go. They have different songs for different countries - sometimes even for different cities - and they hold late night bass sectionals in their hotel room, crashing only when everyone has their part.

They sleep wrapped around each other every night and wake up curled even tighter in the morning. Ollie gets the coffee - Wicks gets the food. They sing their way across half a continent, opening every concert with jubilant melodies and closing with the Alma mater, and in the middle.

In the middle is slow, soft, building Russian, singing about salvation on earth.In the middle, they fall in love.

It's kind of inevitable, in the end, shared beds and shared lives and shared rooms, but it's still world-breaking, kind of. They move off campus that fall, find a quiet little apartment, keep their lives completely entinwined.

It's good.

But in all seriousness I've never not liked wolves?? Like always been that weird Wolf Kid as a child. I wrote. Stories about them. Like a nerd. Like literal original fiction where the main characters were all wolves I was THAT CHILD ok.

I also love Falcons.

Jack thinks that maybe it has something to do with missing home, the funny feeling he gets when he looks at Kent. It's kind of what he felt for the guy he sat two rows behind in his algebra class, who was also kind of small and also kind of blonde, thought he wasn't as fast as Kenny is.

It's probably that, then, and not anything else that compels him to ask Kenny to get poutine with him at some little tiny hole-in-the-wall restaurant after a game.

It's probably that, then, which explains why he keeps going back to Kenny's room at the end of the night instead of his own, and why they keep switching road roomates.

It's probably that which is attracting him to the seat next to Kenny on the bus.

He's just kind of homesick, and missing that kid he never talked to in his algebra class, that's all. You can take the kid out of home, he guesses, but not the home out of the kid.

Kent is well aware that that he's ten hours away from home and his dad and everything else, but that doesn't stop him from jumping the first time Jack slams a door after a bad game.

Kent is well aware that Juniors isn't home, but that doesn't stop him from preempting coach's lectures before they start, working himself to the bone to try to keep up.

Kent is well aware that the food is there for them to eat, not to stare at, but that doesn't stop him from wondering how much is too much to take before someone will start shouting.

Kent is well aware that he's there to play hockey, and not to fall for some fucking demigod of a hockey player, but that doesn't stop his traitor heart.

He's just kind of stupid, he guesses, though it's nice to know that if it is a phase, it's at least a long one.

I don't entirely know what outsiders chadwhisk means (the book? not accepted?) but I am intrigued

IT IS NEITHER, ACTUALLY!!! In a turn of "wow yea this challenge works exactly the way it was meant to", outsiders chadwhisk is actually an outsider POV fic of chad and whiskey's relationship after they've graduated from college! so chad is in the PLL and NLL (premiere lacrosse league and national lacrosse league, they play two different seasons so players can be in both) and whiskey is in the NHL and one of his teammates sees him watching lacrosse and it's chad's game (but his teammate doesn't know that), and so Whiskey just kind of narrates the game and doesn't say much else. Teammate (named Deller) knows that whiskey texts someone during the games, but they never text back (the chadwhisk is Complicated).

Ofc, Deller knows what team whiskey cheers for, but he has no fucking clue why, nor why he likes lacrosse in the first place, but he buys whiskey tickets to a game, as a present, and they go! (and ofc it's a Chad Game)
