I consider myself a really patient and reasonable person, enough to give warnings and second, third and fourth chances to people and even putting myself in others shoes when it comes to active shipping hate, a moment of rage maybe. But this has reached a level of ridiculously I’m not able to tolerate anymore. Specially if the ship or ships we’re talking about are not even a canon thing and are the mere result of a bunch of people fantasizing like “hey I like A and B together, they’re so cute/hot/adorable/dorky”. Two characters that are roughly the same age should never be subjected to this kind of stupid policing.

But if the ship has quality content? OHHH MAN HOW U DARE to produce content for THIS instead of THIS SHIP I PERSONALLY LIKE. I will make a list on a shitty way on WHY this ship is bad and will attach all the heavy words I can to it and in that way it’s obvious you will feel so grateful to me that you will now instead love what I SHIP and produce content for it. Seriously, stop this shit, it has gone too far already, every fandom is being infected by people with this kind of mentality and almost nothing is enjoyable anymore. Stop trying to ruin people’s reputations just because the content they produce doesn’t suit your tastes or your standards, just look away. You can have an opinion on stuff and share it and that’s fine, but it has crossed the line when you actively and periodically hate on stuff, when you log in here thinking about how to step-up or continue the witch-hunt campaign against a ship, a person or a fandom.
I also see a lot of people, both chill and SJW-ish ppl, complaining about seeing negative stuff for their ship or a series on their dash and you know what? Why you keep that people on your dash? Just get rid of them. Nobody in this site is THAT special that you can’t get rid of them, there will be plenty of other blogs to follow that produce similar content. For tags? Use tumblr savior, use Xkit, there’s literally no excuse for you to don’t have an enjoyable experience here. Don’t put up with anyone’s shit that might ruin your mood, because negativeness sure is contagious and having a tumblr blog was always meant to serve as a escape from the daily struggle, not to enhance it and add new problems to the pile.

The Magi fandom is now being attacked by antis now that the Aladdin x Kougyoku ship is becoming popular. (Aladdin is 15, Kougyoku is 22). One of my friends already has been accused of being a pedophilia apologist, so I suggest that AlaKou fans may take warning, because one never know if the anti movement may evolve into something like the Steven Universe or Star Wars brigade.
Wow (I actually had to check the tvtropes pages to confirm who Kougyoko is, it's been a long time since I kept up with Magi) It is both sad and scary that anti's are starting to infect even slightly older fandoms. The best advice I can give to you and your fellow shippers to to block aggressively and freely. It's been noted that most of the these anti-shippers aren't the people who are actually producing fandom content. So if you block them you're not going to miss out on anything. If you have any forum or group that actually has admins and moderators(like a facebook group) make it clear that ship hate and ship bashing isn't allowed.
And if at all possible, see if any of the people who do produce fan content are willing to block the antis. If they're not going to play nice, there's no need to share fandom items with them.
Ultimately that is your fandom and you and the other fandom members will have to fight for your corner to sit and stay and enjoy both the canon storyline and the dun extra stuff fans do. And the easiest want to do that is to block off the antis and prevent their toxicity from spreading. You are not required or obligated to listen to them.
Anti shippers sometimes get me down like no other. Sure, there are ships that I don't like or approve of, but I'm not going to be 14 years old about it and go on the ships' tag and write a novel about why I don't like it and all my negative thoughts against it. I just wish that folks could just be like, "ew" and MOVE ON. But I guess that takes tact, respect, and human decency. Because Lord knows that these tumblr kids won't let anything be till they have their little five years old fit to get their way for EVERYTHING.
EDIT: IN TURN, we pro shippers shouldn't hassle people into liking our ships. We need to show them that we're cool, regardless of who we like to have smooch each other. Don't force anyone and accept that everyone is different.
