I have already said (perhaps it was a deleted post, idk) that I was living a lie and my first oc wasn't really the first. Relatively recently, I went deep enough into my memories and remembered everything. This is my first character. For the most brainroted cartoon at the time of 2013.
You may have seen this thing in the wigglypaint post, but I've been in memories for a week now, so yes.
Honestly, I searched my head for everything I could, and with the words "This blue dumbass who likes to turn into a plant and trip everyone up, do unfunny pranks and ride a bike," I remembered EVERYTHING.
The only thing I remember fragmentally is the color palette of the clothes, so I probably just made up the green color on the jacket the other day.
