Started this excellent @shitpostsampler pattern last year, lost interest for a bit as per usual, and just finished all its stupid little zigzags (affectionate) (mostly) yesterday. Wish it hadn’t got so much more relevant, now I feel like I have to actually frame it and find somewhere to put it.

Finally made this pattern from @shitpostsampler after over a year of wistfully contemplating it, and it was my first time making something with variegated floss too! I really love how it turned out, though the pattern modifications were more due to my having a bit of a brain lapse while at the store and being positive the border was mostly leaves so I definitely would use a lot of green! And since I only had the one purple, that was saved for the berries so the flowers and berries wouldn’t blend together.

Still, super fun pattern, and I have to figure out somewhere fun to put it up!

I finished my first cross stitch! I still need to wash/block/frame etc but the stitching is all done! The pattern is from @shitpostsampler here on tumblr, and I’m probably going to keep stitching more of their stuff.
