9. Legend of Galactic Heroes
This is here because I never actually ended watching it because IT MADE NO SENSE. So yeah, I just didn't felt like watching it. The scripwritter needs a lesson on international relationships.
It is not a bad show, it just has no consistancy. The episodic story to overall/background story ratio was not right. It was too focused in the actual episodic story and the thing with the virus and the postapocaliptic stuff and how unexplained it was and the abscene of conclusion...it is just not great for me even tho it is not a bad show.
I like it. More or less. But it is not good. The topics are so superficial. If you want to talk about politics and revolution don't just use battles and fake deaths because that is just shock factor. I like it. But no.
6. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagan.
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagan is shit. But good shit. It lives on pure dynamic and rythm which is really good but t h e c h a r a c t e r s oh my godness. COHERENCE, WHERE ARE YOU? Nope, sorry. I understand you want to make charismatic characters but if you sacrifice common sense and try to make catharsis with sad songs and tears I need coherence.
NO. Just NO. I know, nice art, nice references, nice designs...but oh godness, the script, THE SCRIPT. No cohesion at all, so much symbolism, so much devices for...nothing. No topic treated, no character construction, no cohesion, no consistancy...I hate you freaking bear rain.
I'M GOING TO KILL YOU, FREAKING KILL YOU, AAAAAAAAAAAH. You had shitty humor in your first season, but it made sense: good actions have a recompense. It was mediocre. And then it comes the second season and YOU GET MELODRAMATIC, YOU START TORTURING YOUR CHARACTERS AND RUIN AN AVERAGE DIRECTION WITH CONTINOUS SPEECH. DO YOU THINK WHEN PEOPLE IS SAD A MOMENT OF SILENCE SAYS LESS THAN "I'm sad...buuuuuuuu"?! YOU CAN'T TREAT YOUR VIEWER LIKE HE WAS STUPID, APPEAL TO FEELINGS WITH NO RECOMPENSE OR ARGUMENTATIVE WEIGHT. DON'T. FREAKING. USE. DEATH. AND. DISGRACE. AS. A. MARKETING. STRATEGY. AAAAAAAAAAH.

1. Maquia: the flowers of shitty arguments.
I watched Maquia in the cinema and it was the biggest dissaster I've ever seen. It is absolutly incompetent. Characters are WALKING CLICHÉS developed like if the scripwriter was in a bad journey of weed and writing shit was a cup of coffee.
Rrrrrrrrrubish. Just rubish. I don't want to loose more time with this, Maquia is the most overrated and bad performed work I've ever seen.
