Blondies

Zutaten

180 g Butter

100 g weiße Schokoalde

2 Päckchen Vanillezucker

60 g backfeste Schokotropfen

2 Eier

2 Tl Backpulver

200 g Mehl

80 g Zucker

Zubereitung

Zuerst die Butter und die Schokolade im Wasserbad oder in der Mikrowelle schmelzen lassen.

Gut verrühren und dann nach und nach Zucker, Vanillezucker und Backpulver hinzugeben.

Wenn die Masse nicht mehr so heiß ist, die Eier hineinrühren und dann die restlichen Zutaten gut mit hineinrühren.

Den dickflüssigen Teig in eine Brownieform, eine kleine Auflaufform oder ein tiefes Backblech geben und bei 180° C 20 Minuten backen lassen.
