🍰 Les Shortbreads millionnaire sont mes friandises préférées dans l’Univers infini, mais je ne peux plus en manger depuis l’aggravation dramatique de mon allergie au lactose. Alors autant vous dire que j’ai pleuré de bonheur en découvrant la version vegan de la géniale @mail0ves dans son livre Gourmandises facilement vegan, et que depuis j’en fais TOUT LE TEMPS. Évidemment c’est un peu différent, mais on retrouve le petit goût de caramel salé, le chocolat, le contraste avec le biscuit … et en plus, c’est mille fois plus facile et plus rapide à faire que les vrais, et surtout huit mille fois plus sain et plus digeste. Avec une bonne tasse de matcha, c’est le paradis sur terre. My first attempt of making Matcha shortbread using this recipe, turned out pretty good, though I didn't add white chocolate chip, it didn't changed the shortbread itself

Vegan shortbread cookies and berries 🥰 What a delicious way to enjoy your mid morning coffee or tea break . 😊I’ve bought these cookies because I just can’t get the perfect heart shape but I’m adding my tried and tested recipe on here so you can enjoy them too 🥰🥰🥰 Ingredients 1 cup unsalted vegan butter, softened 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour Confectioners' sugar, optional Add some lemon essence aswell if you like ! Method Preheat oven to 160 Celsius. Cream the vegan butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the flour . Roll out gently and use cookie cutters or you can just gently press into a mould. Prick with a fork to stop over rising and air pockets forming. Bake until light brown, 30-35 minutes. If you used a large mould then cut into shapes or squares whilst warm or it will crack . Cool completely on a wire rack.
