Didn't have time for all the work out was alot I'll pick it up tonight if able to go but great working out almost curling 135 on bench press bar!! Hit 115lb!!! Check this workout, it has you doing 7 sets 30 reps on warm ups Nd 6 sets of 5 insane also the big drop set with cruls!!! 2sets if 10 reps warm up Start with 1 rep max then take weight off just to were you can do 2 reps Then 3 then 4 and so on until 10 reps no rest other than taking plates off.
