I’m so sorry to hear you’re not doing well :( I’m here to help with distractions! My wife and I just got a new kitten, Tuesday Brunch, a few months ago. She’s a loud little squeaky toy and a total menace who loves to eat things she’s not allowed to. She deeply loves our other cat Ladybird, who is an aloof and bossy retired ragdoll breeder mama, and Lady is not sure why she has to deal with a kitten when she’s an old woman now. They’re just now comfortable enough with each other that they can be trusted alone together. Today they had a nice snack of canned tuna juice from the same dish (that’s a win!!). Okay, first of all: I have been following Tuesday Brunch news with GREAT excitement (I was showing my partner Tuesday Brunch the other day!!!) so this is VERY appreciated content I adore them both very much and I'm a big fan! Such sweet angels. Tuesday sounds a lot like our son, Mist. He's all black and just turned 7 this year! He's uhhhh a demon. Over the past few years, I have trained him to be a lapcat (no one EVER thought I could do this bc he used to be VERY aggressive and violent and would attack people with tooth and claw) He still likes to bite people sometimes (usually if I'm not giving him attention, he sneaks up and nips the back of my leg but it doesn't draw blood. It's smol and just a nip now...so that's HUGE) He just came into my room and flopped over in my lap. He's BABY!!

I gotta go with Manaow. I love this girl so much. She is endlessly supportive of her friends, is always there when they need her and is utterly hilarious. Even her romance with Pruk, as small of a storyline as it is in both UWMA and BU is adorable and I love it :)

10 favorite bl of this year

There have been so many good ones this year it’s hard to choose! If we’re going story and exploration of themes, it’s gotta be La Pluie. If we’re going for production value and the main couple’s chemistry/acting, then I have to to choose I Feel You Linger In The Air (bonus points for also being my favourite book of the year so far!)…but if we’re going to based purely on vibes?

These four assholes grabbed me, put me in a chokehold and held me there for 13 weeks! So I have to give it to Kiseki for favorite of the year.

15 favorite premise (even if you didn’t like the actual show)

Hmm this is a hard one but I’m going to go with Fish Upon The Sky. My feelings towards this drama are little complicated. I really liked the overall premise of the show, but I do agree that it’s execution leave something to be desired. Idk why but I love the idea of people connection via the written word (in this case, social media) and becoming friends. I adore the melodrama of the “thinking you’re in love with someone but over the course of the events, realizing you’re falling in love with someone else” (bonus points if there is pinning involved) plus it’s got PondPhuwin and that is an instant win for me. I’m not however, a fan of the makeover trope (for once can the character with glasses keep their damn glasses and still be considered hot and desireable? I’m actually begging here) nor of the way Mork continuously oversteps with Pi in a way Pi does not need nor should have to be pushed (I’m not against a character pushing another out of their comfort zone or crossing boundaries, as long as there is a good reason and it can be justified within the story) so yeah haha
