Langblr cookbook: Sidro Caldo Ricetta

Ogni autunno e inverno faccio sidro Caldo. È una bevanda tipica in America e volevo scrivere la ricetta in italiano per voi.

Forse, possiamo fare un langblr cookbook?

Sidro caldo per 2 litri

Ingredienti:

1 mela

1 arancio

3-4 stecche di cannella

16 chiodi di garofano

Un cucchiaio di noce moscata

2 litri di succo di mela (100%)

Preparazione:

Metti il succo dentro una pentola. Taglia la mela in due. Metti i chiodi di garofano dentro la mela e aggiungere la mela nel succo. Taglia l'arancio e mettilo dentro la pentola. Aggiungi la cannella e il cucchiaio di noce moscata. Scaldare a fiamma bassa e mescolare. Non so vuole a bollire. Il sidro è pronto dopo  circa 10 minuti.

Se vuole sidro alcolico, metti un shot di bourbon dentro la tazza e aggiungere un mestolo di sidro. Oppure metti il bourbon che vuole e bevi.
