Hwacha

Large Object AC: 15 HP: 50 Damage Immunities: Poison, Psychic

A wooden cart on wheels with 200 rocket arrows loaded in a frame of tubes.

Before it can be fired the Hwacha must be loaded and aimed. It takes 2 actions to load the weapon, 1 action to aim it, and 1 action to fire it.

Hwacha Barrage - Within a range of 300 feet, pick a 40ft radius circle. Targets within the radius must make a DC17 Dexterity check, taking 10d4 Piercing damage on a failed save or half on a successful save.

(For targets in Half Cover the DC is 15, 12 for 3/4ths Cover, and no save is needed for Full Cover)
